i have had herpes for at least 15 years and i want to know what can happen after many years of this, because i am havingome pain in my bubu-tuxspecially the middle but bone!. for many years it was only on one side of my but cheek, now it has moved to the middle and it is as though i have otarthritisknow the only thing i want to do is be a healthy person!. what are the best ways to pepreventn out brbrakether than valtraxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't have genital herpes, but I am very aware of the many problems people have with it!. Genital herpes, from many years of research, can cause pain in the lower back, thighs, butt pains, shooting pains to the feet, and if you did not know, the nerves live in the roots of your spine!.
As far as outbreaks goes, natural herbs like L-Lysine which many people take instead of valtrex!. Also, there are certain foods to avoid, but the main options I would say are eating right, exercising and staying stress free!.

I did not use any anti-viral medical for years and years, but I recently started using it and it has made a huge difference for me!.
