Question: Whats wrong with me if!.!.!?
this just happened!.
your neck burns, temples hurt, eyes hurt, you feel like your being hit on your head with a hammer, head hurts so bad that leads to tears, hurts to even massage heads, movement hurts head, and sensitive to light sound, and feels like the room is spinning!.
also, my eyes had something really weird happen to them, it felt it does when you take a picture with flash and you have those black spots in your eyes, well i had that for like ten minutes, then all the stuff above happened!.
ive been laying down in the dark and i took a tylenol, but nothing is working!.
is it a migrane or somethin!?
I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THIS! it hurts so bad!.

theyre harder to get rid of than headaches!. Heres what i do!.
Take 2 paracetamol or painkillers
Take a hot bath with the lights out and put a COLD flannel or cloth over your eyes!. soak for a while!.
get out, dry off and get in bed!. make sure the room is dark!.
maybe use eye mask and ear plugs
then have a warm drink (like milk) with no caffine to help you sleep!.
