months of severe back pain,stomach pain and some stinging in my back also my left side gets warm like if i am standing to fire

A lot of people have suggested gall bladder -- but, there's a couple problems with that:
1) The gall bladder is directly behind the liver, on the right side.
2) Usually, with the gall bladder, you'll experience sharp pains,
nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea after eating a fatty meal
(like hamburger and french-fries).
It may be the kidneys, but, it's only on one side, and your stomach is hurting.
The stomach is on the left side -- it could be an ulcer of sorts, but that doesn't explain severe back pain, unless you're mistaking the location of the pain.
Your information isn't quite as thorough as it could be . . . it would be more helpful if you said rather the pain was internal, external, shooting, sharp, dull, radiating . . . if it burned, ached . . . and if it was in the muscle.
What helps the pain go away, and what makes it worse?
More importantly, why aren't you seeing a doctor about this? General medical advice is great, online, and can save you 75$ -- but to ask for a diagnosis is a little extreme.
