My doc my "Good" cholesterol was a little low..?!

Question: My doc my "Good" cholesterol was a little low!.!.!?

My doc said that I was a little low on the Good cholesterol!. I asked her well what do I have to do!? She said "no meat" But that would be kind of difficult for me, I love chicken!. are there any other ways to get more good cholesterol!? Isn't there something I can eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
