i just got sun poisoning on monday n its all over my cheaks on my face and i need some info on it like wut do i do to clear it up n how long does it last

Generally, you should drink lots of water, get lots of rest and apply aloe to the burned areas of your skin.
Hope you feel better soon. I've been sick from too much sun before and it's not fun.
