i have not had any sugra or anything but i have been very, very tired and i went to the doc!. a day ago and they took blood and said that my blood level was off can you be tired because your blood count is low!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes !. My blood count went to a 6 once!. I was run down, got major headaches, and was out of breath when I tried to climb a flight of stairs!.
They wanted to give me a blood transfusion but I asked what other options I had!. They told me to take iron pills!.
So I took iron pills with orange juice every day!. Within 30 days my blood count went almost back to normal and I felt great!.
Ask your doctor what is best for you in order to bring up your iron level!.

If your red blood cell count is low, then yes its possible!. Red blood cells carry oxygen to the rest of your body!. Anemia is common, especially in women of menstruating age, for obvious reasons!. Unless you've had a massive bleed, you shouldn't feel tired overnight though!. Usually its more of a gradual thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
