The most definitive way is to use a glucometer!. You may have seen diabetics using these!. You prick your finger a drop of blood comes out it will analyze your blood glucose(sugar) level!. As a general rule of thumb a reading of below 100 is hypoglycemic!. Just be aware of when you check your sugar level because if you haven't eaten it will be lower than 100 usually(fasting blood glucose level) and after you've eaten it will be higher!. If it is below 40 I would recommend you eat something sugary and then go see your doctor!. Problems with blood sugar can be related to diabeties!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
