Could this be pneumonia?!

Question: Could this be pneumonia!?

I'm having a hard time breathing!. It's very shallow and fast!. I've developed some wheezing and have been coughing uncontrollably!. I took my blood pressure and it was higher than normal!. I'm not coughing up any mucus, but my saliva is very sticky and thick!. I'm lightheaded and a little dizzy!. I've tried some Robitussin and some NyQuil, but they don't seem to be helping much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you seem dehydrated more than pneumonic, but any way, you HAVE TO GO to your physician to see what's wrong with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
