This will be a depressing answer, but I can only say that you need to go to a doctor for this answer!.

For years I lifted weights and had heavy-lifting jobs because I never decided to take college as an option (and I have a 147 IQ, go figure)!. Then I heard about this amazing pill that actually gave you strength!. From GNC no doubt! Hey, that's a reputable place!

Time goes by and it loses its effect!. So I take another on top of the one I took to achieve the result of this first pill!. Time goes by and I find myself taking several pills to get that same reaction!. I think to myself, "Something must be wrong!." So I stop taking them, then I realize that I had grown a dependency on them and I bottomed out!. When this happens you don't want to do a thing because all your strength is zapped, a "false muscle memory" of sorts!.

Time goes by and I get back up and realize, "I still have some of those pills!" then I get back into them and this time, I'm downing red bulls and mountain dew alongside them!

Years go by!. I grow out of that fad!. I lose a bunch of weight and gain it back unfortunately!. Then one day I can't lift a 20 pound bag for some reason!. It was as if my lungs were encased in glass!

Straight to the doctor I go only to hear the news, "Your heart is twice it's normal size!. You have congestive heart failure!. You need to go to a hospital and check in immediately!." I was in there for 6 days undergoing tests!.

To make a long story short, a heart twice its normal size can no longer pump liquid through the body like it could before and the liquid rests in the areas gravity affords it: the legs!. This is edema!.

My advice to you, after checking with the doctor of course, is to prop your legs up at least three feet while laying down!. Do this for at least 20-30 minutes!. This will allow the tissues to drain the water back up into the body!.

For me, there are medicines I take to rid the extra water: furosemide (lasix), zaroxolyn (metolazone), and torsemide are examples of that which i have takenin the past!. I take one or more of these in combination with prescription potassium supplement!. You should ask your doctor for the main reason for your edema, if it even is edema!.

Chances are your case may not be near as severe!. If it isn't, allow me to offer you this advice:

1!. Refrain from salt/sodium!. There is enough sodium in products today to preserve our dying bodies until the monolith returns!.

2!. Massage your legs or have your significant other massage your legs in an upward fashion for the time you prop your legs up to allow the liquid to flow faster!. Theres a hospital machine that they can strap to you to guarantee all the liquid goes up but I do not recommend it if you don't like life-changing cramps!.

3!. Dehydration!? Improper hydration in life can lead to the same problem over time!. For me, its constant dehydration!. I'm actually limited in the amount of liquid I'm supposed to drink!. With no severe problems for you!? Just keep on hydratin'!.

4!. I recommend bottled water, and keep lots of it handy!. Put two bottles in the freezer for 45 minutes!. Take one out and enjoy it and put the other in the fridge!. Put two more bottles in the freezer for 45 minutes!. After that time, have the first two bottles down, then repeat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hydration is important as the body is largely made up of liquid!. Try having a variety in this so to not discourage you from drinking that!.

I feel that it's needed for the proper function of organs in the body and to avoid that dehydrated risk!. That type of thing can get you hospitalized!. I would really not say edema is the result of such but that it can be a factor to increase that happening!. I was told to best have the body function to process things properly an 8 ounce glass is to be had every hour in the day that one is awake!. That input came from my urologist , who is a dr!. that deals with the urinary system and other vital functions in the mid section of the body!. When your urine is as clear as water you are properly hydrated they simply put it to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

only if you are going into kidney failure, you dont have to drink water, any liquid will do,eg ,milk juice coffeeWww@Answer-Health@Com
