Question: Quick HIV questions!!!!!!?
How likely is it to have taken 5 HIV exams in the last 3 to 5 years and receive all negative results, you are also not involved in any risky behaviors of getting the disease and then take the exam again and receive a positive result!?
Also if your immune system is weak is it possible to have HIV for over 5 years and not know!?

The window period for HIV test is 3 months after the risky exposure!. It some extremely rare cases it could take up to 6 months for antibodies to be detected (ie!. The person is on chemotherapy, is a heavy drug user, is taking anti-rejection drugs after organ transplant, etc!.!.!.)!. But everybody who is infected will test positive by 6 months!.
You are HIV negative if you did not have any risky exposures!. You do not need more testing!. It is impossible to get 5 false negative results!. If you were infected, you would have tested positive by now!.
Move on with your life!. If you cannot, you should talk to a therapist!. Your probblem is not HIV!. Your problem is fear of HIV (which you do not have)!. I am not saying this to criticise!. I am saying out of compassion!.

If you have not been involved in any risky behaviour, then theres obviously something wrong with the way the last exam has been tested!. Ask for a re-test!. I'm sure it'll be negative!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
