Question: What's wrong with my belly piercing!.!.!. !? its itchy!.!?
I got it pierced 5 days ago!.!. my top bar is very itchy!.!. & its a bit red!.!.
Is this normal!? Is it infected or rejecting the piercing!? I'm very paranoid right now!. Or is it part of the healing process!?
My piercing isn't crusty either !.!.!.!.!. and it doesnt hurt!. but hurts when I touch it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Itching is often part of the healing process!. It's annoying, but as long as it's not oozing or really sore, you should be fine!. Just make sure you're keeping it clean, and maybe rotate your piercing a couple of times a day so it doesn't bond to the raw skin!.

Isn't it usually red and sore for a week or so afterwords!? I've had pierced!.!.!.it might just be a bruise because you got a hole of skin punched out with a needle!.!.!.you should be fine as long as there's no yellow/green pus coming out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Red and itchy is an indication of infection!. Go get it removed and see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Normally when its itching its because its healing! But if you see any pus or it becomes alot worst i would go see your family doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
