What are the stages of food poisoning?
My husband and I have food poisoning. Nausea, diarrhea, stomach uneasiness ...
We are at our 4th day and still have these symptoms. What are the typical stages of food poisoning? Our diarrhea is getting harder to push out now. Is that a good sign? What are good signs to recovery? Thanks!

I'm really not sure but these have been my experiences with food poisoning, i've had it about three times in the past six years.
At first I felt nausea, I felt full and dizzy. I then started vomiting over and over again. The diarrhea then settled in which was horrible. It was like I was urinating out of my butt (just being literal here). This went on for about 4-8 days.
I went to the doctors and they told me to stick with liquids. They subscribed "Pedialyte." Over the counter drink. It really helps because food poisoning dehydrates you and drains everything you have so you have to keep yourself hydrated and healthy.
If it gets really bad you should see a doctor.
