Answers:
Diet could be a factor, sugar feeds bacteria and yeast, as does highly processed carbohydrates like white bread, white rice, white pasta, etc!. To much bathing can disrupt the natural bacteria of the vagina, so can douching!. Avoid perfumed/scented body washes in the genital area!. Use only unscented pads, maybe try another brand!. Replenish the good bacteria by taking a probiotic supplement add some yogurt to your daily diet, the kind with live cultures like Activia or DanActive!. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water, avoid caffeine as much as possible!. Cranberry supplements is beneficial for many, the pills are better than drinking juice since they do not contain any sugar/sweeteners and the active nutrient is more concentrated!. Wear cotton panties or make sure they have a cotton crotch!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water!. Also, cranberry juice!. I really don't think tampons are the answer!. They are actually more likely to cause problems!. Go back to your Dr!. I hope you are seeing a GYN!. not just your family Dr!. It might make a difference!. Did they do a test to see what is causing the problem!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be an allergy to the pads, i get that and can only use certain ones, so try using different ones to, and when you wash 'down below' dont use soap, either buy a fem wash spec for that area or just douch with water Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to use tampons so that most of your blood get extracted if you don't there's a chance you may catch a infection!. Tell your doctor that you don't use tampons and he will tell you the same thing i just did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
