Athlete's foot is a fungal infection. It spreads in warm moist areas (like your feet). Try using an anti-fungal cream (follow directions on box.) You can get over the counter creams at any drugstore. Also be sure to thoroughly dry your feet after you shower. Make sure that you also give your feet time to air out at night if you can. I'm sure you do this anyway, but be sure to wear clean socks too- change them when they get wet. Hope this helps!
