I was raped three weeks ago at a party.
I was slipped a drug, and I do not remember many details. But i remember that he did not use a condom, and the tip of his penis looked bright red, and almost shiny.

For the past week I have been having a LOT of yellowish discharge with a strong odor.

I have visited Planned Parenthood for an STD screening but they said I'd have to wait one month to get a test done, because nothing would show up this early.

First off I'm sorry that this happened to you. Did you tell anyone or report it?
Just because the tip of his penis looked bright red, doesn't mean it was an STD...that's common because there's so much blood flow. But, the yellowish discharge with a strong odor could be a sign of some sort of infection. It may not be an STD, it could just be a urinary infection, but I'd probably say to go to your doctor. That way, you can get on some antibiotics or catch it early.
