I am not anti-marijuana!. In fact I think that the drug war has failed, and will continue too!. But how does it help cancer patients if it can gradually cause cancer too!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

It helps calm the side effects of radiation and chemo!. It is a great anti enemic, it is great short term for anxiety and a short term sleep aid!.

It's only for pain purposes when an advanced stage cancer hurts so much!. At late stages, most of the pain meds won't help!. It's also possible that the doctor will prescribe Marinol (as suggested earlier) but that would be for chemo patients who are not eating well and have a poor appetite!. This drug has very small amounts of THC in it and helps to stimulate the appetite!. In my opinion, smoking anything is bad and could cause cancer!. No matter what you smoke, you're breathing toxins into your lungs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have ever smoked pot then you know how it relaxes you and you get in your own little world where you are just mellow!.Maybe this is wht ,just to keep your mind at ease for having this horrible disease called cancer !.I know I,too have cancer and I am scared to death ,maybe I should try a little weed to see if it helps ease my pain and my mind Www@Answer-Health@Com
Because it doesn't cause cancer, they've tested it many times and despite being full of carcinogens, it doesn't increase your risk of cancer!. In fact, it actually slightly decreases you risk of lung cancer because it kills messed up therefor potentially cancerous lung cells!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont know if it causes cancer!.!. only thing I thought of was that Willie Nelson started smoking it at about 20 and he is almost 76 now and still smokes it and the boy is still going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
as far as I know, there have been no studies proving that!. It is possible however, tobacco & pot share some dangerous chemicals!. potheads don't smoke a pack a day but they do inhale more!.
