U/S 5 solid thyroid nodules?!

Question:

U/S 5 solid thyroid nodules?

All under 1cm, palpable, small lynph nodes can be seen adjacent to carotid and jugular vessels, others in the sublingual position on both sides. My TSH .342 (borderline low) fleet 4 .91 (normal) Is that hypo or hyper? What does an RF postive of 80 mean? I feel like I am always wearing a really tight turtleneck.
What does all this mean? Should I be worried?

Answers:

RF+ 80 is Rheumatoid Factor, it's positive and the titer is 1:80 meaning positive in the presence of rheumatoid arthritis or any one of several other conditions, such as collagen diseases, cancer and cirrhosis.

TSH, thyroid-stimulating hormone, is indeed borderline low. Minimum normal is 0.35. I don't know about a fleet.

What does all this mean? Why in the world are you asking such an important question here? I understand that you're feeling anxiety but please address your questions to your doctor. This is the only person you should be asking and is the only one who should be interpreting your lab & ultrasound results as part of an entire picture.
