The lungs are where the intestines dump toxins!. Many people with lung disorders are a victim of bad digestion and intestinal infections!. The medical industry does not understand this connection and since they treat symptoms, not "root causes," the typical solution is to prescribe medications for lung disorders!. All this does is make you feel a little better while waiting for the body to overcome the illness!. When antibiotics are taken for these ailments, it wipes out 3/4 of the body's natural immune system of friendly bacteria!. Many medications extend the time a person is sick, but the person may feel a little better because of it, while putting them on a path to chronic illness that now affects over 53% of ALL Americans according to the CDC 2005 report!.

If you are getting a sinus problem with runny nose, etc!., that is typical due to a toxic liver!. The liver can become toxic when overwhelmed with toxins due to the reduced number of friendly bacteria from antibiotics and other drugs designed to treat symptoms!.

When the liver gets overwhelmed, the kidneys are generally called into help and this can cause back pains due to the toxic build up in the kidneys!. It sounds like you are overweight at 216 pounds and 5 ft!. 6 in!. I strongly suspect you have a digestive issue that you need to address soon!. The food you are eating sounds like it contains a lot of processed foods!. We know that processed foods cause heart disease!.

The pain you are feeling under your left rib cage could be your transverse colon or possibly your spleen!. The fact that you are tired after eating is a very strong indication that you have an Upper Gastrointestinal problem!. This could be related to the intestinal flora issue and possibly the lack of stomach acid!. Do you get acid indigestion!?

It's NOT easy to be healthy in America today!. When I was in college, I was very sick a lot and didn't really understand why!. As a child I had illnesses and saw many doctors and specialists that did not make me healthy!. I decided to do something about it and learn about health!. I read a book called, "Please, Doctor Do Something" by Dr!. Joe Nichols and it basically changed how I looked at health!. This book was way ahead of it's time and everything in the book written in the 50's has been shown to be very accurate in regard to the causes of heart disease!. Only a few listened then and only a few are listening now!.

You are correct in feeling that the food you are eating is a problem!. What to do about all this!? I strongly suggest you seek out a Certified Nutritional Therapist and get some answers!. They can test you and tell you what nutrient(s) you are deficient in and exactly how much you need to take!. They can recommend food choices and supplements that will make you healthy!.

good luck to you Www@Answer-Health@Com
