Robert have Gynecomastia just in his nipple.so he was asking maybe he could substract the tissue with syringe?
o.k, robert have a problem, he have a very nice chest, but his nipples are really big!. so he thought that maybe he could substract out all the tissue inside the nipple with a syringe so it doesnt get shown again. need to know if this is going to work, and what could happend? hes avoiding an expensive surgury ... do you think this is going to work?!!!!

No, if its from steroid use, sometimes, and I mean sometimes, it can be reduced by taking certain drugs, I think you should goto forum.steroid.com and bodybuilding.com and goto the forums, and read about removing or reducing "gyno" but what your talking about wont work unless you do liposuction and even then, it might become lumpy from the lipo.
