Question: I have these black spots looking marks on my legs and arms!?

I have these black spots on my legs and arms!. I presume they are bug bites though!. They itched when i got them but they don't itch any more they just turned into these nasty black dots!. I had these spots on my legs for two months now!. I thought they would come off by now!. Can you guys tell me on how to get rid of these things PLEASE!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
