We're the same age and the exact thing began to happen to me my first year of college!. The answer is either one or a combination of all of these:
*dehydration (not drinking enough fluids makes it harder for oxygen to be fully pumped into the brain, which is why you feel like that particularly when you have to use your brain the most)

*lack of iron (and other nutrients, but at our age, we need more iron than anything because we sustain long hours!. Lack of calcium and carotene would explain your vision issue as well)

*overall exhaustion (which comes and goes!. Sometimes we don't actually know how tired we are but our bodies tell us in different ways and eventually we just crash)

But just make sure you eat three solid meals a day, especially breakfast and just drink plenty of fluids, don't worry about excersize, since you're on the move all the time!. Try a multivitamin like One a Day Women's, since no busy person can thoroughly consume all the vitamins they should just by eating!. And relax whenever you get time!. Turn off your phone, get a snack and a good spot in the park or something and just relax!.

I can only tell you all of this, because I've been there, so take my word!. Feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i also suffer from the problem!. it first started when i was 16!. i am now 53!. i just recently received a diagnosis of what was happening!. it is called vaso-vagal syncope!. a fainting spell!. sometimes all that happens is what you are experiencing!. sometimes you can actually lose consciousness!. there is no danger from the problem itself!. the danger comes in when you happen to be someplace where if you should fall you could hurt yourself!. such as around a table or a staircase!. someplace where you could hit your head or break an arm or a leg!. you might want to talk to your doctor about this so that he is aware of what you are experiencing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you have a history of diabetes in your family then you could be experiencing a high blood sugar, being a type one diabetic i experience these headaches and others symptoms such as uncontrollable tempers and dreariness!. I would ask your Doctor if the problem worsensWww@Answer-Health@Com

Possibilities include: a vision problem, dehydration, vertigo, or an inner ear problem!. You really need to see a doctor because such a vague symptom could be anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely low blood sugar between meals and sfter exercise!. Try a test and if below 100 eat someting and see if it goes away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
