People with diabetes?
ok my dad keeps telling me that he cant eat any fruits because
they contain sugar. and hes not diabetic yet but hes close
he keeps saying that potatoes and sweet potatoes are
extremely bad for you, and also that rice contains sugar..
i personally think hes on crack or something. like hes on a diet
that his doctors recommended and they say fruits but he keeps
saying that hes not allowed to eat any of the food i just mentioned
because it has a lot of sugar.
is this true?

Surgar alone doesn't cause Diabetes if sugar was bad for us then 99.9% of the world's population would have Diabetes. Also if sugar's so bad for us or anyone then why does someone that is Diabetes they have to have a soda or a peice of candy to keep them from going into a Diabetic shock?
