Problem with jaw clenching?!
Question: Problem with jaw clenching!?
I was wondering why I always clench my jaw!? I cant help it, I try not to but it is so tensed up and very stiff!.
It is very very sore and is starting to hurt my ears and I always have massive headache's now!.
People tell me to just stop but I can't, it is latterly impossible!.
This started a few months ago when I was really stressed for awhile, my husband and I were having a lot of problems!.
But now we are fine so I don't understand it!.
Does anyone know why my jaw is doing this and is there a way to stop!?
Also what can I do to loosen it up and stop the pain!?
