What would cause this involutary shaking of my head?!

Question: What would cause this involutary shaking of my head!?
For a month or so, I've noticed an involuntary shaking of my head!. I can be watching television or reading, and my head just starts moving back and forth for no reason!. My husband has said something to me many times about it, and I've always just brushed it off or contributed it to being tired!. When I was visiting my sister in the hospital today, she said she had something to ask me!. She wanted to know if I had noticed that my head shakes back and forth sometimes!. She noticed it when I was talking to her, although I had not been aware of it!. Occasionally my hands will shake, but not too often and it usually doesn't last long!. The only pain I've been having is in the muscles of my neck, like unusual stiffness!. Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My wife had the same problem and while it didn't involve her head, it did cause her hands to tremor!. We discovered it was an accumulative reaction to a medication she has been on for a number of years!. The medication was changed and the tremors went away!. I suggest you see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
