Gross discharge...please help..?!

this is kinda gross, but i've had this yellow discharge for a couple years now, i went to a doctor a couple years ago and he said this wasn't anything, but i think it's gotten worse since i have more symptoms!. now, i sometimes bleed a little or get this brown discharge in between my periods, and my ovary area hurts a little when i do bleed or get that discharge in between my periods!. a few times i've even had a green discharge!. it doesn't burn when i pee and it doesn't itch!.
i'm sixteen years old and have had my period for six years!.
i'm not sexually active!.

Burning when you pee and itching would be primary signs of a urinary tract infection!.!.!. seeing that you don't have those symptoms we need to look elsewhere!.
In short, your symptoms COULD be caused a fungal infection or possibly an STD!.!.!. I know you said that you weren't sexually active, but are you a virgin!?
I would recommend going to a different gynecologist!. The first one didn't seem to be very helpful!. Be upfront with your doctor and tell them your concerns and that you would like him/her to tell you the reason behind your symptoms!. I suggest writing down questions BEFORE you see them!.!.!. taking notes while you are with your doctor (doctors respect that) and then look stuff up online after you get home!.

The first thing I would do is change doctors!. If this is a normal condition, it should have been explained to you in detail!. Frankly, I can't remember anything like that and I don't think I know a single woman with problems of a yellow or brown discharge, along with bleeding between periods especially at your age!.

that bleeding in between periods bothers me!. If you were my daughter and told me that, I would get a second opinion!. You are too young to have anything seriously wrong with you though!. Likely an infection!. In fact I would bet it is an infection!. And the bleeding in between periods might just be the end or the beginning of your regular mensturation!. That's what happened to me!. nothin is wrong with you sweetie!. your body is going through some changes it is nothing to be worried about okay =] the brown discharge is normal!. that blood stays in you for a month so its a little foul smelling and looking now huh!.!.!.!.!. been there!!! it sucks!. but if you are really worried about it you can try douching once a month!. it will strip the blood out !. lots of people will advice you against that cuz some say its not safe but it is safe if you dont do it frequently!. good luck hunny and if you are worried about it still, see a drWww@Answer-Health@Com
