Lightheaded and dizzy...?!
Question: Lightheaded and dizzy!.!.!.!?
i might be a little old for this, but i sometimes go to the park and swing on the swings with my friends!. but i can't swing very high (only like 4 ft off the ground) b/c i start feeling lightheaded and dizzy whenever i do!.!.i usually have food in my stomach when i swing so it can't be b/c i didn't eat!.!.so why do i feel this way!?

You are experiencing a form of vertigo!. This may be completely normal for you, as there are a number of normal physiological variations that cna cause this!. It is either because you have an inner ear issue, you just may be more sensitive to movement, or heights bother you, which may be a connection between the visual stimulus and the physical stimulus of where your body thinks it is!.
I wouldn't worry about it too much, unless you have other symptoms!. I would mention it to your doctor at your next regular visit, so if other symptoms do develop you have the history documented!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
