Can honey prevent scarring?!

Question: Can honey prevent scarring!?

i've removed a few moles which resulted in red noticeable scars, can applying honey right after the mole falls off and before a scab forms prevent a scar!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um this sounds like an old wive tale kind of thing!. I say go to the pharmacist and get a cream of some sort!. I had a mole removed about 2 years ago and I have a tiny scar and I was like 12 so I wasn't listening to what the doctor had to say about stopping a scar!.
