How can I get rid of acne fast?
My face is not exactly acne prone, but I have been getting a few problems. I clean my face every night, especially because I have a wedding to go to on Saturday! Now, all of a sudden 4 pimples have popped up on my face, and we're leaving tomorrow! I can clean my face while away, but I only have 3 days before the wedding. Can somebody please help!? So far I have been using Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and also Neutrogena Rapid Clear...

Okay, first of all.. RELAX! When you become anxious, stressed, or nervous, acne can become worse. Just tell your self that if your skin isn't perfect for the wedding, there is plenty of makeup products out there to cover up any problem spots.
The products you are using are good, but you should be gently cleansing your face in the morning as well. Make sure to only use your hands and warm water, not a wash cloth, because nothing aggrivates (sp?) acne more than sloughing off skin cells. After you wash your face, I suggest using an antibacterial (sp? again) ointement, like POLYSPORIN. Apply a small amount to your problem spots with a clean Q-TIP. The ointement will take all the bacteria out of your pimple.
Lastly: Don't pick or squeeze pimples. They can become infected, and make the situation worse. If you are really uncomfortable, see a dermatologist and get him/her to help clear it up.
