doctor told me i had alcoholism!.!.said the only way to cure this disease is to stop drinking!.!.!.!.stop drink!.!.!.!.he said stop drinking!. tell me how do you stop drinking!?

my mam has a serious drinking problem since she was 16!.
she is now 48!.
so erm!.!.!. 32+ years!?
and the only way to stop drinking, is to WANT to stop drinking!.
if you don't stop drinking, you don't want it enough!.
it takes time but like i said, if you want it enough, you will pull through!.
And find a hobby!

You really do need to join a support group!. AA is a great one, and has been around forever and out lasted many expensive rehab facilities and programs!. Their basic principles seem to work, its worth a try, you have nothing to loose and you'll find it much more difficult to try and go it alone!. Peace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to www!.netdoc!.co!.uk you can get all sorts of help what ever is wrong with you!. Its great as they send you news though e mail each day of new things with health!. Try it and see what I mean good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com
