i believe its good for them to say it, but an another hand i think i would be devistitated and die of sadness.
In most cases doctors say you'll have a certain time to live and the person ends up living for more years than expected.
If they dont know what they're saying then why should they even say it.
Answers:
No I don't think that it is write to tell the patients. The reason why is because then the patient will live their last few weeks or days depressed and miserable.They shouldn't tell them at all in my opinion
