I Have a rather large and red pimple or Zit whatever you wish to call it on my chin. I'm very faired skin so it is very pronounced.
How can I get rid of it Or at least make it less big and or less red Fast?

If your zit has a white pus head on it, carefully squeeze the white infection out with clean fingertips after a warm shower, then dab the zit with a cotton ball soaked with hydrogen peroxide. This will kill any remaining bacteria in the pimple. Then apply a product with salycilic acid to the zit two to three times daily.
If the zit does not have a white head but rather is just red, tender and swollen, apply the salycilic acid two to three times daily. If there is an available aesthetician in your area, she can run a high frequency wand over the zit for a couple of minutes. This can kill off the bacteria in the zit and allow it to heal.
