Diverticulitis: what is a good diet for this pain full intestine problem?
I had to go to the E.R. at three am with bad cramps. they tell me I have to change the way i eat. more fiber is about all they said.
Answers:
Watch things with a lot of seeds and spices. A friend of my families has this problem and he was told to avoid pizza because of the sauce, stay away from poppy seeds, no sunflower seeds. Basically nothing with seeds or spices in it. Once in awhile you'll be able to do it, but too often will really upset your stomach. Feel better.
