Question: I am TERRIFIED of leaving my home or going outside!?
I am single and it has gotten so bad that I can't even go out for groceries anymore!. I hate calling for take-out I can't stand the food anymore and I can barely talk to the guy that comes to the door

You clearly have a social phobia that needs sorting out!. I was just like you are now and it was horrible!. I locked myself into my bedroom for months and was terrified at the thought of going outside!. Even when the bell rang I would shake at the thought of having to face another human being!. Try searching for an online therapist that can perhaps teach you some tricks to help you cope better and go outside the house again!. Good luck with this!. Sounds like agoraphobia! I'm sure you can find a local therapist who will come to you!. Do you know anyone you could ask!. I shudder to think what you might find just looking online or via the phone-book!. Perhaps a friend knows of a good therapist they could recommend!. This is a real condition and most will come to you at least a few times before they "force" you to leave your comfort zone!Www@Answer-Health@Com
