Answers:
You might have found a new trigger!. And are being exposed to it!. You might have an old trigger bothering you!. You might be under some stress, that can trigger episodes, too!. Or all three!.
You may need a long acting medication, that will control your symptoms!. You may need a short acting medication or rescue medication!. I strongly recommend you see your doctor who treats your asthma, and get an evaluation!.
Asthma is not something you put off, or fool around with!. You can go from bad to worse in seconds!. A nurse friend of mine has a daughter, a practicing medical doctor, who had not had an episode since she was a child!. She had an episode, and almost died, she ended up in the ICU!. Take heed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Asthma can lay dormant for awhile, and then act up again!. Perhaps you have allergies to something around you, or maybe you caught a cold virus that triggered it!. Stress also causes asthma flares/attacks!.

Perhaps you should consider speaking to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
