if its dark it iusually ndicates dehydration!. however if its cloudy i'd suspect a urinary tract infection!. drink more water, some cranberry juice and/or get you some of the cranberry pills with vitamin c and take as directed!. if it doesn't clear up see your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
If you are dehydrated, your urine will be dark colored, smell bad, and possibly cloudy!. You know you are drinking enough when your urine barely smells and is a very light yellow, more watery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Is there any burning on urination!? Do you have to go more often!? Are you taking any medication!?
