Answers:
They put nicotine in your body slowly, the patch has different levels of nicotine in them, First you use the highest to the lowest!. I know this sounds crazy but, I went to a class to quit smoking and we put rubber bands on our wrists!. When you have a urge to smoke you pull the rubber band and snap your self a good one and it takes your mind off the smokes!. Sooner or later your craving goes away and you don't have to snap yourself anymore!. The nicotine leaves your body in 3-4 days!.GOOD LUCK !!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well the patches hav nicotine in them and put it into ure bblood therefore u dont feela need to smoke but really you should try to find different ways to quit smoking the patch iss not very healthy good luck and its really good that u want to quit smoking i hate smokers llolWww@Answer-Health@Com

They contain nicotine!. But you sound like you wouldn't be a successful quitter!. And you will not enjoy the gum its nasty so I've heard and the patch has a regemin and shouldn't be used long term!. Quitting involves alot of will power!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They have nicotene in them!. The theory goes that since you are getting nicotene from gums and patches, you will not crave smoking as much!. Good luck!. I hope you quit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
