Drinking water for flushing out toxins; part of the reason why eight glasses a day are recommended. Vitamins A and Zinc to help with the healing process and for Black people particularly (keloid scars) Vitamin E, in gel cap form rubbed directly onto the skin; hence why they put it in so many skin creams.

Get some fresh air every day; at least 20 minutes walking, eat a good diet and drink water and I guarantee in two weeks everyone will be commenting on how well you look.

Don't you love it when people say, "research has proved". Really? I'm an epidemiologist. This bit of wonderfully informative research seems to have passed me by! And don't just drink when you are thirsty - Annie M is wrong about that too. You should drink_before_you feel thirsty as thirst is
a reaction to lack of fluids. Read the first sentence here:

And read the section under the last heading as to why you should drink water. I suggest that you drink water rather than trying to get it from foods or other fluids because what we eat and drink varies from what we think we've eaten and drank.
