Question: Would using a sauna or steam-room help to clear up acne!?

I have just started at my local gym and I was wondering whether a sauna or steam-room at my local gym would clear up my oily spotty faceWww@Answer-Health@Com

YES and NO! it will clear it up but it also will dry it and cuz it to get all red and then if you accidently scracht or touch you face you will get pimple scars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may help to burst the spots that are there but more will keep on coming!. The heat will encourage more sebum (oil) to flow!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
