Could you tell me if this is a spider bite?? (pics)?!

Question: Could you tell me if this is a spider bite!?!? (pics)!?
My boyfriend is having a very serious problem and I am extremely scared!.

On the first day, this thing showed up!. He said it looked like a plantar's wart!. It wasn't anything scary looking, it was just a rough patch of a bump!.

Day two, the bite is huge!. It's purple, blue, and black!. It looks like a large blister-bubble thing on the bottom of his foot!. It's spread and it's now in-between his toes!. On this night, he has somewhat of red streaking going up his foot!. For the rest of the night and the next day, he keeps an ice pack on it and elevated!.

Day three (today) he went to the ER!. Now before I explain any more, our hospital employees are DUDS!. They aren't any good!. Anyway, they gave him two shots!. One, I don't know what it was but it was in his shoulder, the other was in his butt!. One of them was a tetanus shot, which I'm pretty sure was the one in his butt!. The doctor was some foreign guy and didn't say crap about a spider bite or what it even was! Made me so angry!. Also, the blue-ish infection area seems to have receded, but not by much :( I'm sooooo worried!.

So, I'm wondering, any doctors or nurses or somebody able to tell me what this is!?

Here it is, just taken a few minutes ago:

ANY help would be appreciated!. PLEASE help A!.S!.A!.P!.! I'm so worried! :(

btw, here is the medicine he was prescribed:
Ibuprofen, Tramadol, and an Augmentin substitute!.

he's also going to a different doctor tomorrow morning, I believe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
So many people claim spider bites yet never is there a spider to be found!. No matter!. This does not look like any spider bite I have ever seen, but I have not seen everything under the sun; so I will tell you about the medications!. The tetanus shot was probably the one in his arm and the one in his hip was more than likely an antibiotic or steroid!. They want him to take the ibuprofen for the anti-inflamatory properties!. The Tramadol is for pain relief, and Augmentin is an antibiotic!. Since no one knows exactly what happened, he has been placed on a comprehensive treatment regimen that should address the symptoms that he is displaying!. It is a good thing that he is being followed up with another doctor visit tomorrow!. He should not miss this appointment!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
