I keep getting a numbness at the end of my big toes. Does anyone know what this coud be?

I'm a 24 year old guy, not overweight and take regular exercise. I tend to notice it after eating and drinking (particularly alcohol) and there is no pain. just numbness. It's been happening for 3 days now so if anyone knows why, please let me know!

I would be getting this checked out by a doctor. That can be so many things that it needs to be looked at and tested. That numbness can originate in the back, legs or feet and be caused by a variety of conditions.
