Try these home remedies and natural treatment to get rid of acne:

Home remedies
? Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice with 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder!. Apply this paste on the pimples and wash it after 20 minutes with warm water!. Repeat for two weeks,

? Use aloe vera juice on the pimples morning and night for as long as necessary (perhaps five months or longer)!.

? Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water!. Apply on and around pimples!.

? Rub garlic on and around pimples!.

Natural treatment
? Clean gently the skin once or twice daily with an antiseptic soap or a soap compounded of sulfur!. This reduces the germ count and prevents the bacterial colonization in deeper pores!.

? Limit the use of makeup and moisturizers and avoid of oil-based brands altogether

? Sun and air baths by exposing the whole body to sun and air are highly beneficial!.

? Shampoo the oily hair often and keep away from the face!.

? Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet!. The oats and wheat bran, beans, fruits and vegetables should be increased in the diet!.

? Avoid alcohol, butter fats, cocoa, coconut, meat, and fried greasy foods!.

? Never squeeze, prod or pick pimples particularly with dirty hands or fingernails as this may contribute to scarring, as well as spreading the acne lesions!.

You can take Kyolic Deoderized Aged Garlic Capsules OR you can cut open a clove of raw garlic and hold the open part on your acne for a for a little while a few times a day, OR you can dab some Tea Tree Oil on it, which is available at health food stores, and also Walmart, where it is much cheaper!. These definetely work, when other things fail!. Give it a couple of weeks!. I heard that dabbing a bit of toothpaste on it, and letting it dry helps, too, however I have not witnessed how successful this one is!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
