Here's a great remedy that works better than the steam shower!.
Go buy some Vics vapor-rub or any generic!. It will help open your sinuses!. Use it as follows:
1!. Boil water in a kettle/microwave!.
2!. Take a bowl and smear a little bit of Vics (about 1tsp!?) around the bottom of the bowl and fill about 1/2 way with the hot water!.
3!. as soon as possible, sit over the bowl and put your head down as close to the water as you can stand it, covering your head with a towel to keep the steam in!.
4!. Breathe deeply and slowly through your nose!.
(You might want to keep some tissues close by because the steam/Vics will open up your sinuses pretty quick and you'll be able to blow stuff out)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

turn the hot water on in the shower and breathe in the steam!. drink a lot of water it will help to loosen up the secretions!. use some Vicks vaporub!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
