Question: Why do my eyes and neck get itchy when im in the shower and i come up all blotchy!?
i know im not allergic to any soaps or anything like that but its just around mu neck that i come up blotchy, it looks like ive been bitten by little bugs are something like that then it just goes away like it never happened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get that too, mainly on my neck and chest, sometimes face!. They are small with a lot of red around them and they can be itchy too!. Within half an hour they are gone!. It may not be the soap or shampoo!. You are probably having hives just from the heat of the water in your shower!. It is not unheard of for people to get urticaria (hives) come out due to the temperature of the hot water!.
I would suggest trying to lower the temperature of your water to a more warm temp!. and see if that helps!. The only advice I have ever seen on treating this was to take an antihistamine before showering!. I don't bother, I just put up with them as I know they will disappear shortly!. But they are annoying!

You are probably sensitive to the particular soap or shampoo you are using!. Because of where you're getting blotchy it's probably the shampoo!. I suggest you try another and see if it continues to happen, in which case you can try another soap, or goes away, in which case it is the shampoo!. I'm not "allergic" to those things, but I'm certainly sensitive to some of the ingredients added to soaps and shampoos -- dyes and fragrances -- and which brand I use makes a big difference!.
