Question: My chest hurts when I breathe hard!?
I am a 18 year old male and when I breath in deep, my chest hurts!. It's doesn't hurt a lot, just a little!. Is there something I should be worried about!? I am thinking that it is because of my lack of exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have just had a comprehensive health check and I asked about chest pains I had been having for a while!. The doctor reckoned that it was due to inflammation of the cartilage between sternum and ribs!. Cause unknown cure unknown!. He said it wasn't a problem except if it became very painful, in which case cortizone injections could be administered!. If it goes away of its own accord and comes back of its own accord as mine does, it could well be the cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you may have bruised a rib!.!.!.were you injured recently!? If not, do you smoke/are you around irritants a lot!? It could be a chest infection or some kind of inflammation!.

If you have suffered a bad cold recently it could be due to pleurisy (inflammation of the tissues around a lung) or strained rib muscles caused by coughing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you smoke that could be part of the problem
