Big red bump in the crease of my leg?!

Question: Big red bump in the crease of my leg!?
About 3 months ago I noticed I had what i thought to be a ingrown hair or a cyst in between my vagina and my thigh!. After a several days or about 2 weeks, it was basically gone and i didn't think about it again!. Now, about 3 months later it has come back a little worse then before!. It has also grown a bit and is now about the size of my pinky figer pad (very top part)!. I squeezed it this evening a some blood came out, but no pus!. I can still feel the bump even though I thought I had a squeezed some of it out!. If I keep it clean and keep antiseptic lotion on it, should I be alright!? And does this sound like an ingrown hair!? Because I cannot think of anything else it may be, other than a cyst, which I have had before!. I have also had ingrown hairs before in my underarms!. I am almost 16 years old and healthy!. I eat well and exercise daily!. I was at the doctor's about a month ago and although he didn't examin me below my waist he thought i was perfectly healthy!. I am also Not sexually active, so it is not possible I have some sort of STD thing!.!.
I would just like some reassurance that I can care for this myself and its nothing to worry about!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Sweetie it very well could be a cyst!. I had one on my tail bone and with cysts like these you have to go to the doctor and have it lanced!. If it's not lanced it could become even larger and more painful!. A cyst is an infection under the skin that can spread!. I was in a great deal of pain before I finally gave in and went to the ER, they numb it and then slice it open so that the infection can drain then they pack it with gauze because it has to heal from the inside out!. They will probably give you a prescription for an antibiotic and maybe a pain medicine if your in any pain!. My advice get to a doctor as soon as you can before it gets worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
