Question: Have you ever felt like taking out your own heart and stomping on it!?
the sadness i'm feeling is so deep it feels as though i can't breathe!. i cannot breathe anymore because of one girl!.
i put so much effort into trying to get her back!. and the stupid thing is!. she never wanted me back from the f**king start!. it's shameful to be chasing somebody that keeps running!. even when i knew she was 100 miles ahead of me, i still kept running after her!.
i feel like a stalker for texting her so much times!. but that's what loves does!. love is a part of life and so is a break up!. i just didn't take the hint until today!. i finally realized she does not want me back!. why did it take so long for me to realize this!? i was blinded by her love!. and i was analyzing her signs THINKing she still had feelings for me!.!.!.!.!.!.!. which is not true one bit!.!.
i learned a very valuable lesson but i'm going through so much hurt and pain i don't know if my heart can take it!. TEARS are just forming but i'm not letting it come down my face!. i can't let one girl ruin me!. i don't think she knows how badly she's hurting me!.
as of today, she is nothing to me!. i am erasing her from my life!! i don't care about her anymore !!!! GRRRR !!!!!!!!

Emotional pain is so much worse than physical pain!. It is truly a pain that reaches into your soul!. What you're feeling is normal for what you're going through!.
Crying is not weak however!. It's actually very therapeutic and I strongly recommend it!. Once you start, you may feel like you're never going to stop!. But you will, and most likely you'll cry again!. I remember crying myself to sleep after my divorce!.
My thoughts are with you and you WILL get through this!. It may not seem like it now, but the sun will shine for you again!.

I have no idea why this happens but thats prolly why they say the heart is so treacherous, I would LOVE to understand why our hearts get broken even when the other person doesn't know they're breaking it, or some do know they're breaking it but WHY it happens we will never know, or we could be told 1000 times and yet we won't listen, cause were human and its just a lesson we all have to learn from, yet again were faced a decision weather to learn from out past love or to dwell, and hunny just cry! yea it's just a girl it's a girl that stole your heart and even though you fought for her for so long you need to fight for your heart back so you can give it to another girl, a girl who will keep it forever, its only fair to you if you grieve, for a little while don't let the grieving become your life but just take your time to get over it [well try to get over her] !.!.!. and I'm sorry I'm sure she is missing out on a great person!!
