Forget the cranberry juice but go with the soda bicarb, but not too much or you upset your body's ph!.
Wipe yourself with a tissue dipped in a soda bicarb solution after you pee and always wipe from fromt to back!.
Soda bicarb solution a teaspoon to half a pint of water (approximately!)
Pee and wipe with the above after sex!.

Drink bicarbonate of soda mixed with water, it tastes horrid but it will ease the stinging!. Cranberry juice helps as well!
