Answers:
chief concerns!.

1!. pulmonary TB - unlikely if your CT scan is clear!.
2!. cancer - if you are a smoker, this is the diagnosis until proven otherwise!. It could be on the vocal cords, or anywhere in the bronchi!. You should see a pulmonologist, and get a bronchoscopy to look for a cancer growth!. If caught early, they can be treated!. A CT and chest x - ray cannot rule out cancer!.

If you are truly coughing, not vomiting, then this is not from the GI tract - a gastroenterologist would not be the right doctor to see!. Get yourself in to see a pulmonologist (lung specialist)!.

And if you are a smoker - please STOP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This can be a result in a chest infection which can be treated with antibiotics!. Or a continuous nose bleed which is running down your throat and coming up when you cough!. Or a minor scratch to the back of your throat!.
But my bets on a chest infection as you continue to cough blood until it is treated properly with the correct antibiotics!. You may not feel it but a piece of food or drink may have entered your lungs by choking or coughing on food and has remained causing your white blood cells to increase fighting of infection and disposing it via small blood clots!.
Have you had a blood test!?!?!?!?
hope you get better

also to note the coughing up of blood is only serious if volume of 100mls or more!. A considerable amount in other words!.
I nearly made the mistake of panicking but you need to stay calm if small about because you will just become paranoid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your CT and xray are normal, then you don't have TB!. You could possibly have an ulceration in the esophagus!. I think you should definitely get a second opinion!. You might also consider seeing a Pulmonologist, who specializes in the lungs or a Gastroenterologist who specializes in the esophagus and stomache!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you say 4 months and everytime you get the flu!? How many times have you had the flu in a four month period!. The average person get the flu once every 6 to 8 years!. if you are catching the flu that often you have more to worry about than just a little blood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to another doctor for a second opinion!. The potential for coughing up blood to be serious needs to be addressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should get a TB test!. That is what I would do!. I don't mean to scare you, but that is what it sounds like to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would definitely see another doctor, this is serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Coughing up blood could be a sign of a serious problem!. See another doctor ASAP!Www@Answer-Health@Com
