Yes!.!.!.sigh!. I've been suffering with it for 5 years now!.!.!.double sigh!. It's truly starting to get on my nerves, and is WAY Worse before the start of my menstrual cycle!. I've had two unsucessful surgeries on it, and was told there was nothing else I can do about it, accept to try Plastic Surgery!. One person said it was the best thing she can ever do, one person said it was the Worst thing she can ever do!. It is a huge decision to make, and I still don't know which way to turn!. All I can say about it, is it's a darn right nuisance!. It starts out as an inflamed boil, some grow to be the size of an orange!.!.!.mine was the size of a golf ball and is located in my left groin!. Once the boils burst they begin leaking pus, (This is not the infected kind) but a constant drainage from the open wound!. If you notice a small lesion, you should smear some Neosporin on it, to prevent it from getting any larger!. Once a large one has burst, you can ask the doctor if you can try a cream called Silvadine Cream!. Use it twice a day, until the wound closes!. Unfortunately, this cream no longer works for me!. But I've been using it for 5 years!. I believe I've become immune to it!. After the first surgery, it took a year to close up!. After the second surgery, once the stitches were removed, the whole thing opened back up again, the surgery was useless!. Surgery is not for everyone, and while it may work temporarily for some, the condition itself is not curable!.

Yes I've seen this before a skin disease this is acne and a BAD case of it to whoever gets this I feel for them since this is hard to treat and clear up it can and has spread to entire bodies This can start as early as 11 years old or around puberty and last a persons entire life!.This affects the face, back, necks, under arms,ears,other parts of body as well this can become huge boils or cysts!.This has several names such as fox-den disease,acne inversa and others been around for years now and will continue to be!.This is NOT bacterial infection!.Most cases go untreated most people think its just acne gone bad!. And this is NOT contagious!.
HS is a disorder of the terminal follicular epithelium's in the apocine gland-bearing skin in other words sweat glands!. This is world wide and hot humid environments tend to help this stay active!. This affects all races but more so in blacks since they seem to have more of the apocrine glands within the body!.Most doctors can't tell a person the cause of this since most don't know why this happens!.
Treatments would be good hygiene, weight loss for those who may be obese, use a good soap to wash with, and antiseptic works well but not a cure,apply warm compresses, wear loose cloths were needed!. Some people will have surgical treatments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
