If your feet are swollen, could be from a number of symptoms, heart, poor circulation,
infections from neuropathy. Epson salts are safe, if you are not allergic, Always make sure you dry your feet well, use a blow dryer, if you can't reach good. or sit in a recliner or bed , with your feet elevated, even with your heart.
If still swollen, edema isn't good, see your Doc.Check for ulcers, under toes & feet.
